Tasting notes

The Carl Jung Mousseux Rosé brings all the advantages of a typical rosé sparkling wine. Harmonious acidity, subtle tannins, fruity with a hint of raspberries and strawberries. It is both light and long, a fine sparkling.

Food pairing notes

During the warm time of the year, many festivals are celebrated and sparkling rosé cannot be missed.

Depending on the intensity of contact with the berry skins, the rosé wine varies in colour; the colour spectrum ranges from salmon to cherry red. The fine carbon dioxide makes the rosé a frothy drink.

Best enjoyed at 6-8°C as an aperitif, or with snacks or desserts.
