Riesling is naturally considered to be a pure grape variety and fine tart variety in our assortment. It comes with the typical acidity and pointedness, a beautiful structure and a fine play of aromas, in particular citrus fruits and green apples.
Carl Jung Alcohol-Free Riesling

Food pairing notes
A clear, fruity wine typical of this grape. It is clean on the palate and has a fruity acidity with a long finish. Riesling pairs well with salads and fish dishes. Best consumed at 6-8°C.
It is predestined for the northern growing areas, where it reaches maturity in the late autumn sun. Depending on the location (soil type and micro-climate) it produces wines with very different nuances. If you come from the beautiful Rheingau, one of the most renowned growing areas for this grape variety, you simply have to have a passion for Riesling.
